Service engagements
If you become a client, the actual terms of service are governed by the engagement agreement you sign — not by anything on this site. We'll walk through that agreement on the discovery call.
No outcome guarantees
We don't guarantee specific lead counts, conversion rates, ROI multipliers, or business outcomes — those depend on factors outside our control (your offer, intake, close process, market conditions, etc.). Our 14-day first-qualified-lead guarantee is the only outcome promise we make, and the terms of that guarantee are defined in the engagement agreement.
Cited data
We cite our sources on every claim. Industry data changes — if you find a citation that's out of date or incorrect, email hello@scaleby.video and we'll fix it.
Compliance notes
