Why a real estate video team
started an ads agency.

We didn't plan this. Clients pulled us into it.

How we got here.

Aerial Shots Media started doing video for Central Florida real estate agents — listing tours, drone work, agent intros. Standard real estate media production.

Then service businesses started asking. A roofing company saw an agent's drone reel and wanted one. A medspa saw a listing video and asked if we could make something for their treatments. A law firm asked if we could shoot attorney intros for their site. We said yes — and started learning what it actually takes to make video work for service-business marketing.

What we found was a gap. Most ad agencies don't understand video — they treat it like a checkbox. Most video teams don't understand ads or business outcomes — they hand you beautiful footage and disappear. Scale By Video is what we wished existed: video plus the ads strategy, intake setup, and reporting that actually drives signed jobs.

We're local. We're honest about what works and what doesn't. And we're cautious about who we take on — because that's how we deliver.

Most agencies optimize for what they can deliver — usually leads. We optimize for what actually moves your business, which is usually fixing the leak before adding more water.

Beautiful video for the wrong audience is wasted money. We start with the strategy doc, then build the creative that delivers it.

That's why we cap new clients at 2 per month. We can't deliver bi-weekly creative iteration, shoot day coordination, and compliance review at scale. So we don't try.

The tool stack we built.

We use AI extensively — but for leverage, not replacement. Coach ASG handles transcript-to-content workflows (your Google Meet kickoff becomes your brand strategy doc). Internal agents handle prospecting research, performance reporting, and operations monitoring. We built it all on Claude Code and Cowork.

The pattern: humans on the things that need taste and judgment (creative, strategy, client relationships). AI on the things that don't (research synthesis, report formatting, data aggregation). That's how a 4-person team can deliver what most agencies need 12 people for.
